Any changes to your personal details — including phone number, email address, or bank account information — must be updated promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting customer support. fun777 shall not be held liable for failed payments or communication delays resulting from outdated account information.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. fun777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing the Player with thirty (30) days' written notice via their registered email address.
fun777 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming compliance obligations. All Players must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. fun777 may also request KYC documentation at any stage during the account lifecycle.

Deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. fun777 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
Deposit Tip: Always use your registered bank account or e-wallet to make deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts or accounts not registered under your own legal name will be rejected and returned, which may incur processing delays of up to five (5) business days.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have: (a) successfully completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonus funds. If a withdrawal payment is returned by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider due to incorrect account details supplied by the Player, fun777 will credit the funds back to the Player Account. The Player must update their payment details and resubmit the withdrawal request. fun777 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the Player.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by fun777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty-five times (25x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. All content on the fun777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fun777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
